Calculator inputs stay in your browser
The figures you enter—such as income, parenting time, attorney hours, and expenses—are used by your browser to update the result. The application does not send those individual inputs to our lead endpoint. A PDF you download is also generated in your browser.
What is sent when you ask for follow-up
The optional PDF and follow-up form asks for your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and consent to be contacted. When you submit it, the site also sends the selected state, county if applicable, calculator type, and estimate shown. A reference number and consent time may be added when the request is processed.
Do not use the form for a case narrative, court papers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical details, or other confidential information. We do not need those details to deliver the requested result.
How a submitted request is used
We use the submitted information to prepare and deliver the requested result, record your consent, respond to the request, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Depending on the site’s current configuration, the request may be stored in a service database, forwarded to a connected delivery endpoint, or both.
If you consent to contact, the submitted contact details and estimate may be shared with a participating family-law professional or service provider so they can respond. We do not send that provider the individual income, parenting-time, or expense inputs used to produce the estimate, and we do not sell those underlying inputs as a consumer profile.
Technical information and service providers
Our hosting and security infrastructure may receive routine request data such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referrer, and time of access. Providers that host the site, store submitted requests, secure the service, or deliver a request may process information for us under their own security and legal obligations. The application does not currently include advertising pixels or a separate analytics tracker.
Retention and security
Submitted contact information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain consent and business records, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You do not have to submit the follow-up form to see the calculator result. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information or to withdraw from certain uses. Children and outside websites
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Links to courts, agencies, and other outside websites are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.
